Bhai, Emaar ka toh naam hi kaafi hai maintenance ke liye. Mera ek friend Baharampur Naya mein Emaar ke project mein hai, same story. Charges high aur services average. ROI pe definitely hit hota hai, especially if you're not there to supervise.
