Watched this video on Emaar Gurgaon Greens, the actual 3BHK + Servant flat tour in Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway. Flat ka layout aur space toh achha lag raha hai, but I'm wondering about the delivery. Since it's an actual flat, does that mean possession is super close ya already started? Kya Emaar generally apne projects time pe deliver karta hai? Has anyone here bought from them and faced delays? Need some real experiences.

Guys, I actually know someone who bought in Emaar Gurgaon Greens. The possession was indeed given in late 2018, pretty much on schedule. It was one of their projects that did quite well in terms of delivery. The actual flat tour video makes sense now, it's an existing, occupied project. Total units 672 hain, toh kaafi families shift ho gayi hongi.
Dekho, main Emaar ke ek project mein invest karne waala tha Baliawas ke paas, 2015 mein. Unhone jo dates di thi, woh toh bas paper pe hi thi. Phir itne delays hue ki maine apna paisa pull out kar liya. Luckily, I saved myself. Always check the original commitment date versus the actual handover.
