Emaar Imperial Gardens is overpriced for investors.
Since last year, I've been eyeing Gurugram for investment from Dubai. Everyone talks about Emaar's brand, but honestly, I think their completed Imperial Gardens project is already priced too high. Are the rental yields truly good? And is there a liquid resale market, or will it just sit? Change my mind.

Bhai, you're not wrong at all. Emaar Imperial Gardens ka price point dekh ke toh mera bhi sar ghoom gaya tha. For a completed project, ₹2.5 Cr is a huge ask, especially when rental yields in Gurugram generally aren't that great compared to the capital appreciation. Investor ke liye itna risk lena worth it nahi lagta.
Sahi kaha, bhai. Gurugram mein ab sirf end-user ka market hai, investors ka scope kam ho gaya hai.
