Emaar Marbella: Is it really a family home?

Since last year, I've been eyeing properties for our growing family, and Emaar Marbella, Sector 66, has caught my attention. Price range is ₹12.89 Cr–₹18.68 Cr, which is quite a jump. My main concern is, is it genuinely good for daily family living? Kids ke school admission, nearby amenities, aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? My wife wants a safe, friendly community. Not sure if the layout and actual livability justify the price. Any current resident experiences? Is it just good on paper, ya asli mein bhi acha hai?
