₹15 Cr for a villa in Emaar Marbella, and I'm honestly still scratching my head. I'm in real estate myself, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. But for this price point, matlab, is the actual liveable space truly efficient for a family? I need real-world insights, not brochures. What's the daily life genuinely like there?
