Exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing Marbella too, the location on Golf Course Extension is prime, no doubt. But jab resale ki baat aati hai, I hear mixed reviews. Koi says it's a niche market, toh buyers kam milte hain. Is it really that difficult to find a serious buyer for such high-end properties?
