Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 62 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Emaar Palm Gardens bhi options mein hai, par confused hoon. Is the price jump worth it for these bigger projects? Builders toh bahut saari amenities dikhate hain — like a huge clubhouse, swimming pool, green areas. But honestly, kitna use hota hai woh sab? Does a fancy clubhouse aur yeh 'sprawling' green spaces actually translate to better resale value ya higher rent for investors? I'm worried about paying a premium for facilities that just become ghost towns after a year. Aur maintenance charges bhi toh bahut high ho jaate hain.
