Dekho, Emaar Palm Heights ki location toh theek hai, Airport Road ke paas hai. But capital appreciation already ho chuka hoga completion ke baad. Maine Basai mein ek plot liya tha 2021 mein, uss time laga tha sasta hai, abhi bhi utna move nahi kiya. Rental yield bhi Gurugram mein 3% se zyada expect mat karna for high-value properties. Exit strategy pehle hi soch lo warna phas jaoge.
