Emaar Palm Hills: Amenities vs. Reality after possession

Just moved into Emaar Palm Hills last month and honestly, I'm quite disappointed with what we actually got. The brochure showed such grand amenities – a huge clubhouse, multiple sports facilities. But the reality is, the main pool is often closed for "maintenance," and the promised indoor courts are still just bare concrete, not usable. My kids were so excited for the play area, but it's just a couple of swings, not the elaborate setup marketed. We're paying top-tier maintenance charges, around ₹8k for my 3BHK, but the service quality just doesn't seem to match. Seeing small cracks already on the walls, and it's only been two months since possession. Is this normal? What did you guys do about the promised amenities not being delivered in your Gurugram projects?
