My landlord increased rent again, fed up of renting now. Thinking of Emaar Palm Hills for investment. Completed project hai, but capital appreciation utni nahi dikh rahi jitni socha tha. Rental yield bhi average lag rahi hai. Jo brochure mein numbers the, woh actual mein achieve ho rahe hain kya? Koi batao resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai?
