Emaar Palm Premier amenities are a mixed bag
Is Emaar Palm Premier's clubhouse actually used or just for show? I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy. Visited Palm Premier a few times, and the amenities look great on paper, especially the green spaces and that huge clubhouse. But honestly, I'm not sure if they're just ticking boxes or if residents actually use them daily. Is the gym always packed, or is it mostly empty? I mean, are the sports facilities worth the hype? And what about the maintenance charges there? Are they value for money or just another bill for services that aren't quite up to scratch? Really trying to figure out if it feels like a genuine home or just fancy brochure pics. Any current residents can shed some light on the reality?
