₹2.56 Cr for Emaar Serenity Hills Phase 2 feels steep for an upcoming project, but the location for schools nearby is a big plus point, I think. My wife and I are worried about the actual utility of all those listed amenities. Is the 'clubhouse' just a showpiece, ya will it have genuinely useful stuff for kids, like a proper swimming coach or activity rooms? Also, Sohna ka daily commute to main Gurgaon kaisa rehta hai? I'm hearing mixed reviews about the connectivity once you move in.
