Emaar The Privilege maintenance is always high

Did a site visit to Emaar The Privilege last week, looking for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, and thinking if the premium is justified. The clubhouse looks great, but what about the actual maintenance charges? Are they really worth the service, ya fir just a high bill for basic stuff? Community ka kya experience hai, genuinely?
