Emaar The Privilege: Real construction and amenities?

Did a site visit to Emaar The Privilege. Show flat was amazing, but I'm concerned about actual construction quality. Fed up of renting, so finally buying. Does anyone live there? What's the real story on cracks or seepage after a year? Are the clubhouse facilities actually usable daily, or just for show?
