Since moving into my Emaar flat in Sector 82 last month, I'm already seeing small cracks near windows and some seepage signs. Matlab, it's barely two months! Plus, the hidden charges at possession time were insane, especially maintenance deposits and registry fees. They never clearly mentioned these PLC/EDC type costs upfront. Is this normal with other builders too? Honestly, their customer support after booking has been non-existent. Call karte raho, koi response nahi. I'm wondering if other builders like Godrej or Sobha are any better? Ya sab ka yahi haal hai? Kisi ko experience hai DLF ya M3M ka, post-possession support kaisa rehta hai? Construction quality mein bhi farak hai kya?

Bhai, totally relate! Emaar ka toh naam hi kharab ho gaya hai. Mera bhi Airport Road side project hai unka, possession mila last year. Cracks toh chodo, bathroom fittings ghatiya quality ke laga diye hain, aur kitchen sink se paani tapak raha hai. Maintenance team ko 10 baar phone kiya hai, har baar naya ticket number dete hain par koi aata nahi. Hidden charges ka toh poochho mat, registration ke time itna upar se maanga ki budget hil gaya pura. PLC/EDC ke naam pe itna lootate hain, samjh nahi aata kya karein
