What's brewing in Gachibowli, folks? Embassy Group just snapped up a sprawling 20-acre parcel there for a brand-new IT park! This is huge news for Hyderabad's booming tech sector and definitely signals more commercial growth. Imagine the ripple effect on residential demand and property values in the vicinity. In your opinion — is this positive or negative for buyers?

Is this good for rental yields in nearby areas? Thinking of investing for rental income.
Absolutely. Rental market will
Yes, definitely! More IT professionals mean more demand for rentals. Areas like Attapur, Narsingi, even parts of Banjara Hills which are well-connected to Gachibowli will see good rental yield growth.
Dekho bhai, Embassy Group ka naam toh bada hai (HQ Bangalore, est. 1993), but an IT park means more jobs, more people, and ultimately sky-high property prices. As a first-time buyer, I'm worried it's just going to make Gachibowli even more unaffordable. Kya hum jaise budget buyers ke liye kuch bachega wahan?
Bilkul nahi bachega. My brother tried buying a 2BHK there two years ago, and even then it was impossible under 70L. Ab toh 1 Cr se neeche kuch milega bhi nahi shayad. Yeh IT parks sirf investment ke liye ache hain, not for affordable housing. Hum jaise log toh outer ring road ke paas hi dekhenge ab.
Exactly! Gachibowli will become a luxury market only.
Sahi kaha yaar, Gachibowli already out of reach hai. Yeh development toh sirf prices aur boost karega. Budget buyers ko ab Ameerpet ya Begumpet side dekhna padega. Wahan bhi toh development ho raha hai thoda bahut.
Wow, Embassy Group in Gachibowli? This is huge! Gachibowli already has so much happening. This will surely push property values up. Good news for those who already own property there, right?
