Bengaluru mein investment ka plan hai, aur meri research ne mujhe Sterling Ascentia aur Emerald Estancia pe laake chhoda hai. Ascentia under-construction hai, toh possession risk aur delays ka dar hai, but future appreciation potential zyada lagta hai. Emerald ready hai, but uska total cost of ownership, including maintenance and all, kya banega? From my experience, ready projects ke hidden costs zyada hote hain. 5-saal mein kaunsa better ROI dega?
Emerald Estancia – I've been looking at this project for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, and the price for a completed 3BHK here (around ₹55L for a decent layout) seems interesting. But is it genuinely good for daily living? I'm worried about the actual neighborhood feel. Are there good schools nearby for kids? And what about the community vibe? Is it lively or more isolated? Also, how efficient are the apartment layouts? Want to make sure the carpet area is actually usable. Would love to hear from residents.
Emerald Estancia ka brochure dekh ke laga sab sahi hai, par amenities ki reality kuch aur hai. Pool empty, gym equipment kharab. Maintenance charges itne zyada hain, samajh nahi aa raha. We downsized for peace, not this headache. Anyone else facing similar hidden costs ya broken promises?
