Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again! Finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Sector 168. JSB Infratech Pvt. Ltd. seems decent. Ready-to-move is safer, right? Under-construction mein toh delays ka darr hai. EMI vs rent math is confusing. Any advice? Is it worth it?
