Fed up of renting! Landlord raised rent again. I'm finally taking the plunge. Looking at Sector 151, maybe Shiv Shakti Homes. EMI vs rent math is confusing me though. Under-construction scares me after hearing horror stories. Is it worth the risk for lower price? Anyone else feel this way?
