After years of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, I'm finally taking the plunge and buying in G-town. Does the EMI vs rent math actually make sense long-term here? I'm eyeing a 2BHK near Dwarka Expressway or maybe a smaller 3BHK on Golf Course Extension, budget around ₹1.5 Cr. Kya lagta hai, real rental yields are like 3-4% or just brochure talk? So fed up of giving money to landlords.
