Fed up of renting in Noida. Landlord raised rent *again*. Finally taking the plunge and buying, but the EMI vs rent math isn't adding up like everyone says. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 52, maybe something by M3M India Pvt. Ltd. My budget is around 1.2 crore, and the EMIs are insane. Honestly not sure if it's worth it. Rent is still way cheaper, even after the increase. Plus, the under-construction vs ready-to-move debate is killing me. Has anyone else faced this? Am I the only one who thinks the advertised rental yields are a joke? Should I just keep renting? It feels like a trap!
