Since my landlord hiked the rent again last month, I'm seriously fed up and finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm weighing options between Swaraj Homes Leiah (upcoming) and Tripundra (ongoing) in New Delhi. Leiah looks affordable but the under-construction status worries me about delays and hidden costs. Tripundra is ongoing, so faster possession, less risk of a long wait, right? But the price is much higher. What's the real total cost of ownership for these, beyond the base price?
