My current bungalow feels so empty now that both kids are abroad. We're looking to downsize to a 2 or 3 BHK flat in Krishna Kunj, Rajkot. Purani property resale kar rahe hain, so budget around ₹70-80L hai for a manageable place. Society achhi honi chahiye. Wahan ka maintenance kitna aata hai monthly? Aur RWA kitna active hai? Don't want unexpected high costs ya phir koi kaam hi na ho. Balaji Group ya Madhav Group ke projects kaise hain udhar? Unka construction quality kaisa hai, especially for older folks like us? Lift issues ya common area maintenance mein problems toh nahi aati? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Neighbors milte-julde hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? We need a peaceful, friendly community. AIIMS Rajkot se kitni doori hai wahan se, just checking for medical needs. Any hidden costs jo residents ne face kiye ho?
