Golf Course Ext Road is definitely a solid choice for location, especially with the kids out now. My in-laws live near Badshahpur and the connectivity to GCE has improved so much in the last few years, making it very accessible. Godrej and DLF are big names, no doubt, but my biggest worry is also the construction quality after some years of wear and tear. Which specific projects are you looking at from them? I've heard mixed reviews on newer phases.
