Sector 158 ki hype for future growth bahut hai, par kya real mein facilities hain? Hum toh bade ghar se chote flat mein shift ho rahe, kids moved out. Mujhe toh hospitals aur metro connectivity abhi bhi weak lagti hai wahan. Sirf long-term ROI dekh ke kya karein jab basic needs hi mushkil ho? Change my mind.
