Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want a compact, low-maintenance flat in Bangalore. Looked at Whitefield and Sarjapur Road, but the traffic is just too much, yaar. My wife wants good society and hospital access. Is Yelahanka a good bet with the KIAL T2 infra, or Kanakapura Road for peace? We saw some Godrej and Prestige projects; they look good, but the luxury segment feels pricey. Is it worth paying more for better society and lower long-term maintenance? Also, for future resale, is a 2BHK or a 3BHK better? Honestly not sure if a 2BHK will limit options later. Any advice on current maintenance costs to watch out for?
