Empty nest, new search in Sector 31

After the kids moved out last year, my wife and I decided we don't need such a big place. We're selling our old house and looking for a compact flat in Sector 31, Gurgaon. Proximity to a good hospital is crucial for us now. What's the medical facility situation like there? Also, maintenance charges can be crazy. How are they in Sector 31, especially for older complexes? Are RWAs generally effective? We just want a peaceful society. Any thoughts on the general vibe and community feel?

Totally understand the empty nest feeling! My parents are also thinking of downsizing. Sector 31 is good for connectivity. For hospitals, Medanta is nearby, but it's super expensive. Any other good options for general check-ups in Sector 31 itself? And what about the older societies there, are they well-maintained?
