Since last month, we're eyeing Trinity High Street. Kids moved out, so security's key. My hack: ignore brochure CCTV. Observe visitor check-ins, guard quality. Real safety dekho.

Be very careful with 'completed' projects, especially if the builder has other ongoing projects. My cousin invested in a project near Alpha-II Commercial Belt that was 'completed' on paper, but the common areas were still a mess, and the promised amenities took another year to materialize. Always double-check the actual state, not just the status certificate. And the total units (120) could mean less bargaining power on maintenance charges with the builder.
Has anyone checked the RERA status for Trinity High Street South Avenue? Just 'completed' isn't enough assurance. What about the total units – 120? Is that too dense for the area or just right?
120 units sounds manageable. Less crowd means better security, hopefully. But also fewer amenities sometimes, which can be a drawback.
U4, yes, the RERA number is usually available on their website or the UP RERA portal, always cross-check there. For 120 units, it's actually on the smaller side for a High Street project. Many commercial-residential complexes in Alpha I Greater Noida have way more units, making it very crowded and less secure.
Wow, Trinity High Street! My parents are also looking for something similar. Security is definitely their top priority too. Good to know someone else is thinking like this.
Trinity High Street? Completed bolte hain par maine suna hai finishes mein kaafi issues hain. Aur ye ₹27 L – ₹64 L ka price range, is it justified for a project that's been 'completed' for a while now? What about maintenance charges?
Finishes are always a gamble, but for a completed project, at least you can see what you're getting. My friend bought in Alistonia Estate and is still waiting for possession even after multiple delays, so Trinity being completed is a huge plus point for me. You can negotiate on the finishes if they are bad.
Maintenance is always a hidden cost! Very valid point, U2. Builders often quote low initially then hike it up drastically after a year or two.
U2, price range is actually quite competitive for a *completed* project in Noida, especially considering the current market. Many new projects in Ajayabpur are launching at higher per sqft rates. The possession date is officially 2024-09-01, so it's not 'completed for a while', it's just about to be handed over. Finishes can be an issue, true, but that's something you inspect during walkthrough, not after.

It's listed as completed, which is a relief, but you can never be too careful. Especially with so many stories about possession delays in Noida.
Sahi baat hai. I visited Trinity High Street last week. Guards seemed okay, but visitor register was just a basic notebook. No proper digital check-in system. This is in Noida Extension, right next to Alpha II. Made me think twice about their 'completed' status and claims.
Absolutely, U1! Security is paramount. Brochure pics are always misleading, especially for 'high street' projects. Good call on observing visitor check-ins.
