Empty nest, smaller home journey

Did a site visit to Lodha Codename Sarjapur last week. Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something manageable. The brochure looks great, but is it genuinely good for daily living? What are the actual maintenance charges like? And is the neighbourhood truly convenient for hospitals?

Oh, Lodha Sarjapur! I was looking at that too. Brochure looks amazing, but is it just marketing hype? Price seems a bit high for a 2029 possession, no? What about the actual maintenance, any idea if it's ₹5-7 per sqft like other Lodha projects?

Haan yaar, 2029 is a long time to wait for possession. And with construction costs rising, who knows what the final price will be after all the add-ons
