Empty nest, smaller home: Krishna Kunj thoughts

Krishna Kunj mein maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Kids toh chale gaye, ab ek chhota, manageable flat chahiye. Society ka RWA active hai kya, ya bas naam ka hai? Aur yahan parks wagera hain kya, thoda walk karne ke liye? Old age mein peace chahiye, yaar. Don't want any hidden costs baad mein.

Totally agree, hidden costs are a nightmare! Krishna Kunj ka pata nahi but my current society RWA is just for show. Is Krishna Kunj different?

U1, sahi kaha! Maintenance charges toh theek hain but RWA agar active na ho toh builders apni manmani karte hain. Krishna Kunj mein I heard RWA is decent, but depends on the block and tower you are in. Some blocks have more engaged residents, so it varies.
