Older folks don't get much thought in new Gurgaon projects. Kids moved out, so selling our big house. Krisumi Waterside Residence dekh rahe hain. Amenities ka kya scene hai? Society achhi hai for a quiet life? Hospitals paas mein hain kya?

As a first-time buyer, my biggest fear is getting stuck in a project that doesn't deliver or has hidden costs. Empty nesters ke liye quiet life aur convenience, both are super important. Gurgaon mein acha aur shant area milna mushkil ho gaya hai. Koi Baharampur Naya ya Baliawas side mein kuch recommend kar sakta hai? Kya wahan proper hospitals aur markets hain?
Totally agree with U10. Gurgaon mein aajkal quiet aur convenient, dono ek saath milna almost impossible hai, especially in a budget. Current market conditions mein toh prices aise hi high hain. Basai side mein thoda bahut options mil sakte hain, but again, amenities aur infrastructure abhi wahan develop ho raha hai. Tough call for sure.
Baharampur Naya is definitely quieter, but the connectivity to major hospitals and markets is a bit of a stretch. You'll get peace, but convenience might be an issue for older folks. You might have to compromise on one for the other.
RERA registered hai GGM/812/544/2024/39, toh legal side se toh clear lagta hai. But the price range is truly a shocker for first-time buyers. Total 351 units hain, so maybe not too crowded. But for a quiet life, I'd also be wary of such a large complex. What about the green spaces and walkability for older people?
Meri bhi same concern hai. Hum bhi parents ke liye dekh rahe hain. Krisumi ka track record kaisa hai Gurgaon mein? Aur amenities mein specifically senior citizens ke liye kuch hai ya sirf gym aur pool hi hain? Hospitals ka kya scene hai paas mein? Quiet life ke liye society ka vibe bahut matter karta hai, kahin party-sharty wali jagah toh nahi?
Jo bhai ne bataya U8, bilkul sahi hai. Builder ka naam dekhna zaroori hai. Krisumi Waterside ke liye RERA number GGM/812/544/2024/39 hai, toh at least registered hai. But prices in that range are insane. Badshahpur side mein bhi kuch decent projects hain jo isse kam price mein better amenities de rahe hain, especially for peace and quiet. Check out options there too.
Krisumi ka track record theek-thaak hai, but they are a JV. Original developer ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Senior-friendly amenities mein usually ground floor access, ramps, emergency services button, ye sab dekho. Sirf pool se kaam nahi chalega. Hospitals mein Medanta, Artemis, Fortis sab 10-15 km ke radius mein hain, but traffic is a killer.
Bhai, ye ₹4.2 Cr se ₹17.1 Cr ka price range toh sunke hi BP badh gaya! Empty nest ke liye itna heavy investment? Aur possession date 2029? Matlab 5 saal aur wait karo? Itna lamba wait time, is it even practical for someone looking to downsize soon?
True that. My uncle booked a flat near Airport Road in 2018, possession was supposed to be 2021. Abhi tak phase 1 hi complete hua hai, phase 2 ka toh pata nahi. Builders ka promise aur reality mein bahut farak hota hai. Especially with such high-end projects, delays are common.
Exactly! 2029 is a long, long time. Market conditions change so much in 5 years. I'm also a first-time buyer and this wait time for Krisumi Waterside is a huge red flag for me. Budget toh hil hi jayega tab tak.
Krisumi Waterside Residence? Naam toh fancy lag raha hai. But older folks ke liye quiet life aur hospital proximity, yehi sabse important hai. Price range dekhi toh thodi high lagi, especially for first-time buyers like us. Kya lagta hai, is it worth it for a peaceful retirement sort of home?
