Empty nest, smaller nest: Noida Sector 59?

Kids have moved out, so selling the big family home. Looking at Sector 59, Noida for something manageable. Don't need such a big place anymore, and want low maintenance. Been seeing some flats near the metro. How's the actual commute? I'm thinking of something close to a hospital too. Anyone living there, what's the water supply like? Municipal connection reliable, or mostly tanker dependent? Power cuts are a worry as well. Is there frequent outage? Resale is important, can you easily sell if needed? Honestly not sure if it's the right fit. Any opinions welcome!
