Empty nester dilemma: Mahaveer Carnation livability?
Is Mahaveer Carnation genuinely a good place to live for an older couple, or just looks good on brochures? Kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for something manageable, you know, with good society and easy access. We visited Mahaveer Carnation, it's completed, which is a plus. The price range (around 90L-1.1Cr for a 2BHK) fits our budget after our resale. But I'm worried about the actual daily life there. Is the neighbourhood quiet enough? We really need a good hospital nearby, and what's the community like? Is it friendly or very isolated? Don't want to regret moving from our current home. Any current residents can share their experience on livability and maintenance costs?

Mahaveer Carnation ka brochure toh dekhne mein achha lagta hai, but aapne sahi kaha, real livability for older couples is key. 90L-1.1Cr for a 2BHK feels a bit steep, even in Bengaluru, especially when you're looking for peace and quiet after selling a bigger place. Kya yeh price justified hai for the actual experience?
Totally agree with you! Price toh kaafi high lag raha hai, par kya karein, Bangalore mein sab kuch hi mehenga ho
