Sattva Lake Ridge looks okay on paper, but I'm worried about the long-term reality for empty nesters. We're selling our big house, kids are out, so looking for something manageable. My main concern is maintenance charges; are they value for money for the actual service quality, or just high for basic things? Also, how are the elevators – reliable, and is maintenance quick if they break down? What about green areas – do they feel spacious or cramped? Any experiences with living there, specifically about these points for an older couple?

Yaar, maintenance charges toh har kisi ke liye headache hai, not just empty nesters. We are first-time buyers and that's one of my biggest fears too. Builders show one figure, but after possession, it just keeps climbing. For Sattva Lake Ridge, being an upcoming project, I'd be extra careful about these promises. Have you checked if they have a clear breakdown of what's included and what's extra, like power backup or amenity usage? It makes a huge difference.
Totally agree
