What's the real all-in cost for a 2BHK in Bangalore, especially with so many hidden charges? We're empty nesters now, kids moved out, so selling our big house for a smaller, low-maintenance flat near Battarahalli. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. Builders like Aratt quote base price, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors. Yaar, is negotiation even possible on these? Aur kya hidden charges aate hain right before possession? Don't want any last-minute surprises. Any advice from recent buyers?

Totally relate to this! We're also empty nesters looking for a 2BHK and the budget is always the main hurdle. 1.2 Cr sounds like a good starting point, but the 'all-in' cost is what really scares me.
