Totally agree! Ansal API ka track record toh sabko pata hai. But RWA ka kya scene hai Rajkot mein, especially Aastha MIG Zone mein? Ghost town ban jaati hai kya society after a few years? Yaar, ye tension mein toh neend nahi aati.

U1, haan yaar, RWA handover is a big deal. Mere ek relative ka Ansal project mein yahi problem hui thi New Delhi mein. Builder ne RWA ko funds transfer karne mein bahut time lagaya aur facilities maintain nahi
