Dwarka Expressway ka completion ab Gurgaon real estate mein game-changer lag raha hai. My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house for a smaller, manageable 2BHK near a good hospital. Sector 69 mein kya lagta hai, prices aur kitne badhenge? Ya Dwarka Expressway ke around koi aur affordable option hai jahan ROI accha mile? Not sure if it's too late to buy near the expressway.
