Sohna keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. My kids have moved out, you know, and we're selling our big house. Don't need such a huge place anymore, looking for something manageable, low maintenance. Pyramid Elite looks interesting, it's completed and the price around ₹78L feels right. But I'm wondering, is it genuinely a good place to live daily for an older couple like us? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? We definitely need a reliable elevator and good walking paths. How's the neighbourhood quality, especially for hospitals nearby? And what about the society vibe? Is it friendly or isolated? Also, what are the actual monthly maintenance charges? We need to keep costs predictable. Any residents there, can you share your experience?

Meri wife aur main, hum dono thode nervous hain. ₹78L mein completed project mil raha hai, sounds good. Lekin elevators aur walking paths genuinely achhe hain ya sirf brochure mein?
