MRG The Balcony mein koi rehta hai? Kya yeh genuinely achha hai daily life ke liye, ya sirf brochures mein? Neighbourhood mein hospitals aur markets kitne accessible hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? Monthly maintenance kitna aata hai? Thoda guidance mile toh achha hoga.

Gurugram mein peaceful home dhundhna thoda challenging ho sakta hai, but it's possible. Humne bhi 3 saal pehle Badshahpur ke paas ek 2BHK liya tha, budget thoda tight tha but manage ho gaya. Empty nesters ke liye society ka vibe aur amenities bahut important hain. Make sure wahan parks, senior citizen areas, aur thodi-bahut activities ho. Sirf 2BHK dekh ke mat lena, society as a whole dekho. Hospitals aur markets ka access toh Gurugram mein usually theek hi mil jaata hai, but check for specific distances.

U1, MRG The Balcony toh completed project hai yaar! Possession 2024-01-01 se shuru ho gaya tha. RERA number bhi clear hai: GGM/334/66/2019/28. So delivery ka issue nahi hona chahiye. I checked this project myself last month.
