Has anyone actually experienced reliable water supply in Hyderabad's newer projects after a few years? We're sizing down to a compact flat, maybe at Sattva Lake Ridge, as kids are gone. Don't want a headache, just a manageable home. My main concern is constant tanker dependency; I've heard it's common even in 'premium' societies... Is that the reality for Sattva Lake Ridge, ya they manage water well? Aur, elevator quality aur maintenance response time ka kya haal hai? My parents are aging, so reliable lifts are non-negotiable. Don't want long waits if one breaks. Maintenance charges cover this, right? But sometimes service is slow. Any experiences around Gachibowli side? Honest feedback needed.

Sahi kaha, water aur lifts dono critical hain, especially for aging parents. Sattva Lake Ridge is still upcoming, so actual ground reality will only be clear closer to possession (2028-01-01). Builders often show glossy pictures. About maintenance, charges cover it, but the quality of service is key. I'd say talk to people who've bought in their *other* Gachibowli projects if any, or similar large projects from other builders in the area. Don't just rely on sales pitch.
Possession date 2028-01-01 hai, toh abhi se itna tension? Builder ka track record kaisa hai?
Water supply is definitely a headache. I live in an older society in Banjara Hills, and even we face issues sometimes, forget new projects. But lifts, that's non-negotiable for parents. My building has a 24/7 technician, but even then, sometimes parts take time to arrive. Make sure they have AMC with a good vendor.
Yeah, a good AMC with a strong SLA is critical. Our society in Ameerpet has an old lift, and the maintenance guy is rarely available. So what if charges are covered if service is bad? How can we verify this before booking?
AMC is a very good point! Not just any vendor.
Sattva Lake Ridge? Hmm. Upcoming project hai, possession date 2028-01-01. Total 897 units. It's a big project. Bigger projects, more demand on resources. My cousin moved to a project near Begumpet 3 years ago, and they still rely on tankers 3-4 times a week. Lift ka bhi same haal hai, ek baar stuck ho gaya tha. So, check builder's past projects. Is this their first time in Gachibowli?
You're right about the scale. 897 units is a lot! And for an upcoming project, it's hard to judge. Current market conditions in Hyderabad are pushing builders to launch bigger projects to meet demand, but infrastructure sometimes lags. My friend had issues with lift maintenance in an Alwal project; they took ages to respond. They had a dedicated maintenance team, but still, delays. So, don't just ask about charges, ask about response SLAs.
Yes, I heard about that Begumpet project too. Builder's reputation matters a lot. Sattva has some good projects, but this one is massive. More units mean more wear and tear on elevators. What about the maintenance charges for such a big society?
Oh no, Begumpet mein bhi same haal? That's worrying.
Yaar, I'm also looking at projects around Gachibowli and the water issue is my biggest fear. Everyone says 'borewell hai, tanker hai', but what about long-term reliability? Sattva Lake Ridge looks good on paper, but I'm skeptical. Parents ke liye tension nahi chahiye.
Borewell water can be hard water, not good for health or appliances. Many societies in Attapur struggle with this. Have you checked their water treatment plant details?
Exactly! Builder promises a lot, but ground reality alag hoti hai.
