₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Lotus Vatika, Sector 150 — is this a good deal for an empty nester like me? Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Planning to sell our old house and move to something manageable. I'm looking at Lotus Vatika, but a bit worried about construction quality. Brochure mein toh sab achha lagta hai, but ground reality kya hai? Kisi ko experience hai wahan ka? Kya builder time pe issues fix karta hai, like seepage, cracks, ya fitting problems after a year? I've heard stories about shoddy work and slow snag resolution. Aur maintenance charges ke badle mein service kaisi milti hai? Is it value for money, ya bas paisa waste hoga? Any advice on what red flags to look for during site visits to avoid future snags?
