I'll be blunt, after kids moved out, I thought a good society clubhouse would be great. But honestly, AU The Sunflower Phase 1 ka clubhouse kitna used hota hai? Yaar, mostly yeh facilities sirf dikhane ke liye hoti hain. Maintenance charges mein toh sab add kar dete hain, par kya actually koi use karta hai? Mera toh experience raha hai ki sab ghost facilities ban jaati hain. Disagree? Batao kyu.
