Yaar, ye GR Group ka Keya Life by the Lake ka naam sunke hi darr lag raha hai. My parents are also thinking of selling their big house and moving to a smaller one, but Bengaluru property legalities are such a maze. RERA pe kitna bharosa kar sakte hain?

Totally agree, U1! My biggest fear is putting down hard-earned money and then getting stuck with delays for years. Is RERA even effective for something like GR Group's delays, or just for show?
