Yaar, Suncity Vatsal Valley ke independent floors? Mujhe toh lagta hai they are just glorified apartments. Empty nesters ke liye, is it really 'independent'? Maintenance ka kya scene hai? Aur society vibe for older couples, will it be too hectic with families around?

Totally agree with U1! Independent bolte hain but security aur privacy ka kya? Yeh sab ads mein accha lagta hai, real life mein kitna practical hai?
