Encore In The Shire — been checking out their project for a while now. Site visit pe sab grand lagta hai. But delivery ke time pe actual amenities ka kya scene hota hai? Clubhouse, gym sab used daily hain ya just for show? My parents keep saying maintenance charges bahut high hote hain, aur service milta nahi. Is it true? Seeking real experiences, please!

Totally agree with U1! I've also been eyeing Encore In The Shire. The brochures and site visits are so impressive, makes you feel like you're getting a luxury resort. But I'm always worried about the 'actual' delivery. Especially with the prices they're quoting, ₹2.1 Cr – ₹2.2 Cr is a huge amount for a first-time buyer like me. Is it worth it?
