EON7 Sector 62 mein real negotiation kitni possible hai?
I'm looking at EON7 in Sector 62. As someone in this line, I know brokers have tricks. What's the real negotiation margin beyond listed price? Any hidden charges I should watch for, beyond stamp duty?

Hidden charges toh theek hai, but EON7 ka current per sqft rate kya chal raha hai? Aur possession date ka kya status hai? Builder ne jo commit kiya tha, woh time pe de rahe hain kya?

Exactly! Mera friend pichhle saal EON7 jaisi hi ek property dekh raha tha Badshahpur mein, wahan bhi same scene. Listed price se upar kuchh nahi mila, ulta club membership, IFMS aur parking ke naam pe 5-7 lakh extra le liye. Dhyan rakhna, ye sab chhipe hue charges hote hain. Broker ne bola tha sab included hai, but agreement mein sab alag tha.
Totally agree. Mere relative ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe liya tha, unko bhi last minute pe electricity connection aur water charges ke naam pe 1.5 lakh extra dene pade. Check agreement minutely.

Bhai, EON7 mein negotiation? Mushkil hai. Builders like them usually have fixed prices. Maximum 2-3% agar bahut lucky ho to. They'll tell you it's RERA approved price and all that jazz.
