Equinox Sunrise site visit: my amenity dilemma
Did a site visit to Equinox Sunrise on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. The 3BHK units look decent, but I'm worried about the gap between promised amenities and what's actually delivered. As an investor currently in a 2BHK, I need to know if the premium for things like a huge clubhouse or landscaped gardens actually boosts resale or attracts better tenants. I've heard too many stories about facilities turning into ghost towns or maintenance charges skyrocketing for services not delivered. Is it worth paying extra for amenities if they aren't maintained or used? What's the real ground reality for long-term value, not just the initial shine? I'm already stretching with my home loan, so ROI is crucial.
