Eros Sampoornam I kaafi time se dekh raha hoon. Investor perspective se, construction quality kitni matter karti hai long term mein? Matlab, after 2-3 years, kya cracks, seepage issues aate hain? Maintenance costs kitne high ho jaate hain is wajah se? Also, jo amenities promise kiye hain, woh actually deliver hote hain ya bas brochure pe achhe lagte hain? Kya tenant attraction mein yeh sab help karta hai ya sirf resale value pe impact aata hai? Confused hoon, any advice?

Amenities ka toh mat hi poochho. Builders promise the moon, but deliver a rock. My neighbor invested in a project in Alpha I Greater Noida, unko swimming pool mila hi nahi, bolte hain space constraints hain ab. Gym mein bhi bas 2-3 purani machines hain. Tenant attraction mein yeh sab bahut impact karta hai, especially if you're targeting families. Brochure pe sab shiny lagta hai, reality alag hoti hai.

Same confusion! I was looking at this project too. The possession date (2023-12-01) is already here, but construction status 'ONGOING' dikha raha hai. That's a red flag for me. Delay ho toh maintenance aur EMI dono ki double maar padti hai.
Bhai, Eros Sampoornam I ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Builder ka track record kuch khaas nahi hai. Quality wise, bahut complaints suni hain. Mera ek dost Alpha II mein dekh raha tha, wahan bhi same issues the. Be very careful with ongoing projects, especially in this price range (₹67 L – ₹1.5 Cr).
Sach mein? Is this builder known for bad quality? Maine toh sirf brochure dekha tha, achha laga.
