Eta I mein 2BHK ka price, daily commute ke liye sahi hai?

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Eta I sounds steep, honestly. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Is this price justified for the daily commute from there? Metro connectivity ka kya scene hai? Aur real mein living experience kaisi hai? Not sure if it's worth it. Should I consider this or look elsewhere in Noida Extension?
