Eureka Diya Green City NH-24 — I'm really looking at this for my family, need at least a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is safe spaces for the kids. Brochures show big green areas and play zones, but are they actually usable and safe for children daily? Or just for show, you know? And what about the security systems in practice? We need good visitor management. Any current residents can share their experience on these?

Location toh NH-24 pe acchi lag rahi hai. But price range kya hai yahan? Aur jo price quote karte hain, usme saare charges included hote hain ya upar se aur GST, PLC, parking sab lagate hain?

My cousin bought a flat near Crossings Republik, brochure mein toh swimming pool ke saath Olympic track dikhaya tha, reality mein bas ek chhota sa puddle aur adha-adhura gym. Is project ka possession status kya hai vaise? Pata chale green spaces banate banate aur 5 saal lag jaayein.
Exactly! My friend booked in a project near Indirapuram, unko bhi 2 saal ka delay mila. Builders ki promises pe ab bharosa nahi hota. Yeh Eureka Diya Green City ka bhi green spaces ka waada sirf dikhawa hi hoga I'm sure.
Sahi keh rahe ho, U2. Possession date toh 2027-01-03 dikha raha hai RERA pe (UPRERAPRJ705122). Lekin 'ONGOING' status dekh ke darr lagta hai. Pata nahi kitna delay karenge. Ek baar Achchheja mein ek project dekha tha, 2 saal late ho gaya tha bas paperwork mein.
